無地域公司注冊流程條件

企業名稱核準：

企業名稱核準必須由位于北京的國家市場監督管理局審核核準，核準后會下發企業名稱核準通知書 。

然后企業需持核準通知書到到注冊地當地進行具體的注冊登記事務。

二、注冊核名材料：

1.申辦人提供一個法人和全體股東的文件每人2份；

2.申辦人提供5個以上擬定的公司名稱；

3.擬定公司的經營范圍(據工商規定：字數應在60個內)；

4.確定股東的出資比例(比如:甲占公司20%股分,乙占公司80%股分)；

5.提供法人、股東、聯絡員的聯系方式；
